That’s when I first learned about my own risk. These statistics stopped being just numbers. They became personal. I made changes. I paid attention. And through all these years, osteoporosis has remained my biggest health concern. You see me running, working out, and celebrating what my body can do. And I am so grateful for all of it. But alongside that gratitude is a concern you can’t see in a running photo: Are my bones strong enough to keep supporting the life I love? I want to keep moving, exploring, serving, and enjoying life. I want strength and independence for the years ahead. That’s what Living Younger Longer means to me. And it’s why I want to talk more openly about this part of my health journey. Inform. Inspire. Implement. Impact. Those words guide what I share here. But I’m also the woman learning, asking questions, making decisions, and striving to put it all into practice. Knowing your risk matters. Taking action matters. And sometimes, even after years of effort, hard conversations and decisions still lie ahead. For today, take a look at these numbers.
