New Bone Health Tool - LATTICE

Osteoporosis has risen to the top of my health concerns. I started a new strength training program a couple of weeks ago, designed for women concerned about bone health. Now that I've completed week 2, I wanted to share my review of my experience so far. Initially, I found the videos a little bit slow-moving. I was restless with the explanatory videos and the 1:30 second rest periods. I also wasn't sure I liked the AI-generated videos! Now - I'm getting used to it, and here is what I like. 1. It was affordable ( I think I found an online discount that brought the program down in price from the $69 displayed on their website - link in comments) 2. The training is based on a study called LIFTMOR that showed increased bone health from a 12-week lifting program for post-menopausal women. (I'll post the direct link about the science behind it in the comments) 3. There is an emphasis on form and safety. Some of the how-to instructions are repetitive, but I now realize they're all geared toward helping you nail the form so you can gradually increase the weight you are lifting. 4. It works on my laptop or my phone. It is totally accessible. For anyone concerned about osteoporosis or osteopenia I would highly recommend this program. The commitment is 2x a week. My only regret? Not finding it and sticking with it a couple of years ago. It's super simple to do at home. No excuse for not going to the gym or spending money on a gym membership. Who else has a concern about bone health?
